The staff on the afternoon shift have superb customer service, allowing our request for a late checkout for a fee, which we appreciated. The room amenities were fantastic, including separate tub and shower, towels, free toiletries, refrigerator. The breakfast buffet included in the tariff was great and set us up for the day. Moreover, the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were perfect facilities for relaxation.
